This year we have partnered with Yellow Fish Event Management Ltd, a local professional conference organiser, who will handle all hotel bookings for TNC20.
Yellow Fish have a dedicated hotel booking system with a selection of local hotels offering varying room rates, room types, facilities, locations and cancellation policies. Please note that the listed discounted rates ONLY apply when booking via this official booking system and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly.
All bookings are on a “first come, first-served” basis, so we strongly suggest you book your accommodation as soon as possible in order to secure the desired hotel. June is a very busy month in Brighton!
Your reservation will become valid as soon as you complete the booking process. You will then receive an email confirmation; please note you will not need to bring your confirmation with you as Yellow Fish will manage rooming lists directly with the hotels. You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover any outstanding room charges and other personal incidentals.

Should an error or issue occur during the booking process or should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period, please e-mail email@example.com. Yellow Fish will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Unfinished bookings will be deleted and considered void.
Please refer to individual payment terms put in place by the hotels as outlined in the booking system. You can make payment with a credit card or you can request an invoice to pay via bank transfer. You will be able to choose your payment selection during your hotel selection and booking process. Please note, a 3% non-refundable administration fee will be charged if you request to pay by invoice. NO administration fee will be charged for Credit Card bookings.
Should you cancel your accommodation booking before 8th April 2020, any payment will be refunded in full minus an administration fee of £35**. In the event of cancellation after 8th April 2020, full payment will be taken and no refund will be possible. If you are entitled to a refund, your request will be processed within 2 weeks.
Any cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any requests must identify the registrant’s name and email address. Cancellations made directly to the hotel will NOT be considered valid.
** only applies if an invoice is requested at booking stage. NO administration fee will be charged for Credit Card bookings.

As part of your registration you will be asked for personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, address and organisational information. Should you book accommodation for TNC20 and sign in to its services through the affiliated services, you are not anonymous to us.
If you do not agree with the processing or storing of your personal data, you can withdraw your consent by either not completing your accommodation booking or contacting email@example.com. Please note that you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation in this instance.
